Your Scandinavian-style vacation home is located in a beautiful natural setting close to the Oder-Havel Canal. The house is modern, cozy and brightly furnished. Through the large panoramic windows, which extend from the floor to the roof, the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape. The open gallery on the upper floor invites to cozy reading hours and relaxed movie evenings.



In your own garden or on the open terrace you can wonderfully enjoy the sun and the fresh air. Take relaxing walks in the surroundings and watch the boats at the harbor basin. In the cold season, the fireplace in the living area invites you to make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fire. Here you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
