"When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway."

Also the check in procedure was absolutely effortless. Plus the guards dogs of the property are just ultra friendly with guests. Loved it!!!!!"
