"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Perfect check in on the front desk. Very friendly staff. In the room a bottle of water, apple and free coffee maker. The restaurant good, breakfast buffet amazing. I enjoy my 1 day trip.Spa and sauna area very good."

"Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Guter Service nach Mängelmeldung. Leider ist das Inventar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sonst ist das Ganze aber wirklich empfehlenswert."
