"From a smooth, courteous and welcoming check in to an even amazing check out with Alecia. The entire team was naturally good at excellent customer service. I purchased a converter plug from the US and it didn’t work. It tripped off the electric. An expression that the team uses is “ no worries” I really found it reassuring and down right tension reducing. It’s like Jamaica in Europe. Lol. You know what I mean if you’ve ever traveled to Jamaica. This was in stark contrast to another hotel that I stayed at here in Zurich. The bedding is spot on and the rooms were very clean and the layout was thoughtful. I absolutely loved the deep soaking tub/shower. The location is perfect. Located not far from a beautiful lake, community shops with organic produce, fresh juice and foods to stock your refrigerator. I can not say enough positive adjectives to describe the restaurant staff. They prepare delicious breakfasts. The coffee with milk was probably the best I’ve had since visiting Portugal. The room purchased a room with “breakfast included”. I’m so happy I did because it was so delicious and freshly prepared with service that I’ve not seen in America for at least 30 years. It was so wonderful to stay at this hotel and I can not wait to return with my husband and adult kids, friends and retreat clients. It’s not far from the airport and a great spot to launch cool railway excursions throughout Switzerland and nearby countries by beautiful panoramic trains and ferries. "

"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. Its also in a really handy location too. Close to old town key spots, close to the harbour and with cafes nearby and a short walk to the train station- I even felt safe walking at 3.30am it was that close. Would stay here again"

"Nice quiet hotel away from hustle and bustle of downtown Zurich yet just a ten minute drive to downtown. The rooms with the lake view are worth it."
