The 79-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room vacation apartment, sinf52-0-n, with its own sauna, is located in the NordseeResort Friesland and can accommodate up to 4 people. This high-quality apartment features a beautiful balcony with an idyllic view of the Graft and the North Sea dike.

The Location
The apartment is on the first floor of Building 52 and is situated on the quiet north side, right next to the Graft and the dike, in the popular and family-friendly North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 meters away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun deck. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

The amenities
The tastefully furnished vacation rental features free Wi-Fi and offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed; a modern, open-concept living-dining area with a 3D home theater Smart TV and hi-fi system; a Blu-ray player with Bluetooth, DVDs, books, board games, and a phone.
The high-quality bathroom with a whirlpool tub is a true little oasis of well-being and features underfloor heating, a sauna, a shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
On the balcony, with a great view of the waterway known as the “Graft,” you can enjoy the soothing climate of the North Sea.
The high-quality interior is complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The apartment is equipped with a clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. A crib and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
