    Start your day with sunrise and sea views directly from the balcony, or use the on-site swimming pool, which is available free of charge.



    The modern, light-filled 40 m² studio was fully renovated in 2024 and features high-quality furnishings. The new open kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A cozy seating area adjoins the kitchen. A highlight is the 2.5 m bar table with high chairs along the window front—dining with sea views is guaranteed.



    Amenities: fixed double bed (180×200 cm), large wardrobe, living area, free Wi-Fi, digital radio, 50" smart TV, underfloor heating, modern bathroom with shower/WC and heated towel rail, and blackout blinds on all windows.



    The location is ideal: sea, marina, town center with restaurants and cafés, spa park, and Friesland Therme are all within walking distance. Free parking is available in front of the building, and an elevator takes you comfortably to the apartment.
