There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping surface: 160 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking—whether it’s a cozy breakfast or dinner with a view of the lake. The bathroom features high-quality fixtures and includes a spacious shower and a toilet.

For water sports enthusiasts, a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) is available, and direct access to the water allows you to take a refreshing dip in the lake at any time. A special highlight is the large rooftop terrace: Here you can round off a relaxing day with a barbecue—sunset included.

The health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay.
