Information regarding deposit and payment
The property owner will contact you in advance regarding the deposit, i.e. payment of the security deposit, including all additional costs (such as bed linen and towels, cleaning costs, waste disposal, and tourist tax). These must be paid by bank transfer. Cash payment on arrival is not accepted. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to the guest after deduction of electricity, water and gas consumption, and any damage.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
