"Friendly service"

"Our stay at this motel was pretty good. Everything was as expected for a budget motel. Room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff was very pleasant. One thing that surprised us was how quiet this property was, at night there is almost no noise at all. Rooms are very spacious and everything in the room worked as it should. "There are literal roaches in the room. They have one person running this and another local hotel, you have to call to get someone there to check you in. Which means no staff at all, no coffee, no working ice machine, and a place that should simply be closed."

It was extremely dusty, visibly dirty, and there was dried blood on one of the pillows, which was completely unacceptable.
