"We had two minor issues. The TV was set to the wrong mode making viewing impossible and the lighting was poor in the corner near the coffee table. The staff handled these issues quickly and efficiently by adjusting the back of the TV and by providing a standing floor lamp. We appreciated the service and the comfort of the rooms."

"Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend."

"The perfect place for what we were asking. My brother and I stayed for one night as a stop on our travels further North. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, and parking was a breeze. We were able to grab dinner at the diner next door and we even went ice skating for an hour at the IceTime Sports Complex (a one minute drive) after dinner. We didn’t know what we’d be walking in to but it was an all around pleasant experience. "

"I can not say enough about the staff. They were friendly, funny, kind, attentive, helpful and competent. I did not have high expectations of our stay. I needed a safe, clean place for a one night stay with my two young kids and did not want to pay a fortune. But I was very surprised at the quality here. Clean, room was huge, bed was comfy, staff was great, pool was a hit. Will for sure stay here again "

"The staff at Hampton this am 10-19-2025 was absolutely wonderful. All the trolley carts were gone and a wonderful young lady offered to help carry my bags to my car. The waite staff also offered a quick breakfast to my daughter and myself before we left very early this am. The staff that you have working at this hotel have always been very cordial and make life less stressful. It is greatly appreciated. Thank You"
