"Friendly staff, good room, pool and airport pickup service"

"We stayed here a second time only because it’s close to the airport, but unfortunately had the same issues again. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the staff were not helpful, so we didn’t bother reporting it this time. During our previous stay, we were moved rooms due to AC issues, but were then woken early by loud music, and nothing was properly resolved. We also found one of the night staff members quite rude and unhelpful. We received conflicting information about airport transfer, and he refused to assist, even interrupting another staff member who was trying to help. Overall, very disappointing. As paying guests, we expect a comfortable stay, especially after a long journey."

"This hotel, Kings Gate Airport transit Hotel, is located not far from the airport, so I stayed here for a night before getting up early the next morning to join a three-day tour. Since the rates are inexpensive, the rooms are completely bare—there are no cups, no electric kettles, no hot water for showering, and no Wi-Fi. Essentially, all they provide is a bed. Upon check-in, I paid a local hotel tax of two dollars. If you wish to use the air conditioning, there is an additional charge of approximately five dollars."

"Air conditioning was good in our room. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Breakfast was fresh food and good service from staff. We enjoyed our stay as we arrived very late from a long flight and this hotel is close to the airport. "

"Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. "
