You can fish and canoe on the lakes. Nearby Ward, Colorado, offers overnight accommodations, restaurants and bars - if you are looking for night life! Camping facilities abound in the area. "The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...
