The Space:

Morning light pours through floor‑to‑ceiling windows, painting the tall wood ceilings with gold. You step onto a spacious deck and feel the mountain air brush your face as the river whispers nearby. Inside, the open floor plan invites you to unwind on the plush sofa while the view of the ridge stretches beyond.

A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.



Outdoor Living

A large deck offers panoramic mountain views, a propane grill for backyard cooking, and a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows under the stars (bring your own firewood). On‑site parking fits 3–4 vehicles right by the chalet. Explore more than 20 acres of private hiking trails that wind through woods and ridge‑line vistas; hunting is prohibited for a peaceful experience.



Neighborhood & Activities

Just steps from the Cacapon River Public Access, you can swim, fish, kayak, or simply relax by the water. The nearby town of Wardensville, historic Yellow Spring Mill, and Cacapon Resort State Park are within a short drive, offering local dining, galleries, scenic drives, and additional hiking options such as Eagle Overlook and sections of the Appalachian Trail.

Bring your furry friends! We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Guest Guidelines

The cabin accommodates up to 4 guests. Parking is limited to the driveway, quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, and the HOA may request your license plate number for gate access. Please keep trash secured and respect the shared community spaces.
