There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. "Loved the location close to everything you would want to spend the day at like VA Beach, Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The resort was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Reserving both A and B apartments worked well for my family and friends to sleep and rests after each days outing. Loved the activity center and heated pools."

"It was an excellent 3-day stay to celebrate the birthdays of my wife and one of our good friends. Everything in the condo was as expected. Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. We are big fans of Colonial Williamsburg so we greatly appreciated that we could walk to the historic buildings, homes, and shops from the condo. "This was the perfect place for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The unit was huge (it was actually two units with a connecting door) with two kitchens, three bedrooms, and multiple TVs. The recreation center and pool was great for the kids."

"Exterior property was in great shape. Could have used a small blower to get the pine needles away from the pool and hot tub. We ended up having to change our room at the last minute due to some unknowns with the owner. Seems like the resort should have been able to let the VRBO property managers know earlier. Unit we got was smaller than original request. It served us ok, but the last minute thing is a little frustrating. The room cleanliness was not up to what I have experienced with VRBO in...
