"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property. Cons: - Cleanliness of the property could be improved...

"The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable with everything that we required for a pleasant couple of days. It’s not a great position if you don’t have a car or prefer not to drive but there were a few places to eat about 10 minutes walk."

"Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

"The location was excellent; so near lovely restaurants, and a nice walk into the city centre. It was very clean. On the negative side, it was a bit noisy and also a bit hot and stuffy. The communication was excellent, with good advice about restaurants etc. "

"Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"The property is clean and tidy. A great number of good restaurants nearby. Easily accessible to public transport to city centre if you don't drive."

"This apartment was everything we could have asked for. The place itself was perfect for two friends, and it was a real boon that my son, who is living in Belfast these days, actually lives in the same complex. The location is great, and even though I am not used to the amount of walking involved (typical American!), I managed well enough. Claire was a wonderful host, answered all my messages promptly, and even let us check in early. I will definitely book again."

"Fabulous location to Queens University and student quarters the Elms. We were visiting student daughter. If you don't mind a good hike, you can walk into Belfast City centre or use the public bus system breeze at a reasonable price.The accommodation was wonderful for a large adult family whom need their own space at times."

"Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property."

"Apartment was greatly located with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room I apartment which was very clean inside and comfortable and had many home comforts. Will defiantly stay here again when back in Belfast."
