Called the "Little White House" due to the fact that President Franklin D. Roosevelt spent quite a bit of time here. The nearby Warm Springs brought some relief to the pain he endured due to polio. It was in this house that he died on April 12, 1945, shortly after having been elected President of the United States for his fourth term.

The owner was attentive and took care of any issues or questions immediately. The home is well-stocked and the pool area is amazing. Would definitely recommend this home and this owner.
