Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "Frank was an awesome host. He was courteous, thoughtful, and generous. The pod was clean and very comfortable. I probably slept the best I have in a long time. I really liked eating the delicious breakfasts with the front doors open and enjoying the fresh, cool morning air. And we also enjoyed being only 15 minutes away from all the fun activities in Pottenstein. I give this place 5 stars!"
