"Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant staff. There were no facilities for breakfast at the accommodation or for making tea/coffee in the room. My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly."

"Brilliant stay - our second and will go back again! Handy for several larger palces in cheshire. Live bands both nights we stayed but they didn't go on too late! Breakfast amazing one meaty and one Vegan, staff great with no complaints at all. Highly recommemded"

Beds were soft, would have liked more of a medium to firm bed & also would have preferred better quality pillows. They seemed to be thick supermarket type pillows. "There are numerous easy going scenic walks to be enjoyed at this location which makes the stay at Ash Farm worthwhile. Our room and especially the bathroom was clean, well appointed and quiet with a garden view. Our only qualm was that the breakfast incurred and additional per person charge. Being a retired couple our breakfast requirements were minimal. However, this resulted in the most expensive charge for a boiled egg and toast I have ever encountered. "I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "
