"This was our second stay here, and somehow we loved it even more this time. We first stayed four years ago for our anniversary, so coming back for my birthday weekend and our fourth anniversary—this time with our little girl and our dogs—felt incredibly special.This place is truly perfect. Every detail feels so thoughtfully designed, and the hosts have thought of absolutely everything. It’s beautiful and cozy, but also genuinely family-friendly and dog-friendly, which makes it so easy to settle in and actually relax.Everything is exactly as described (and honestly, even better in person). The amenities, the layout, the little thoughtful touches—it all makes the house feel incredibly welcoming and special.It also means so much to us because it’s so close to Artist Point, where my husband and I eloped. This whole area holds such a special place in our hearts, and staying here feels like coming back to a little piece of our story.We love it so much that we’ve officially made it a personal goal to come back at least once a year—or every other year at the absolute minimum. There’s just something about this place that makes me so happy. It already held such sweet memories for us, and now we have a whole new set of family memories here. We absolutely love it and can’t wait to come back."

"I was looking for a nearby place to stay to do some hiking at Mt. Baker, and this worked out perfectly. Clean, comfortable and with a variety of amenities, I really enjoyed the two nights I spent there. A couple of markets and an amazing Mexican food truck are within walking distance. Kudos to the host (Sara) for providing a welcoming and comfortable setting for my stay."

"Excellent setting in the woods, nice outdoor seating on the front porch and property. Cozy cabin, nice place to relax or to use as a base for exploring the mountains. Nice and close to Maple Falls, very quiet."

"Nice place. It is worth noting that the upstairs bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms, and the other bathroom is downstairs. So if you need to get up in the night this may be an issue. Also- the community is gated and you need a card to get in- there is no code, so if you have more than one car, you’ll need to ask the owner for a second one, which requires returning to Cloud Nine to get the card from a lockbox. Also- bring your own spices and cooking oil. The kitchen only had a small bit of salt and some pepper- nothing else. There weren’t any big utensil spoons, which made stirring stew a challenge. Overall it was a nice spot, but there were just a few things that caused some minor inconvenience. Can’t fix the bathroom situation, but the kitchen should be better stocked, or bring/purchase kitchen staples when you arrive."
