"I pre-paid for parking and the QR code did not work. So, I paid for parking twice. Continental breakfast was included, but no clarification as to where it was located. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Neighboring guests arrived at 3am, repeatedly slamming doors, yelling and laughing until 5am. For the price, I expected better! "

"This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Host was very responsive to the few questions or hurdles we had. One recommendation we would offer is a couple fans as air movement was lacking. Once we fixed that, it was a 5 star stay. Would def stay again. Location was fantastic for coffee shop, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for being so close to tge activity up the street Adorable little front porch was a nice way to start the morning listening to the birds"
