"Property is quite dated and really needs a facelift. The bed was only a double and a bit saggy. There were very bright security lights outside the room that were not blocked out by the curtains. Location is lovely and convenient, but the rooms feel tired, old and a bit unkempt."

"Rooms were very nice and the Longhorn restaurant served beautiful food. We didn't know the kids dance eisteddfod was on the whole time during our stay, so it was a bit busy with children. The tower accommodation gave us beautiful views."
