"Kai was gracious. It is Pet Friendly, but the pet fee is almost as much as the room fee. Location is nearly perfect. Rooms are comfortable. We did have a few power outages, but thermostats were programmed and I have a battery backup for the sound machine. "

Phone in room did not work and cell was sketchy so I had to walk out to the desk in my PJs to get an issue resolved (needed WIFI code as mine had expired). Bathtub drain backed up somewhat as I was showering. Otherwise great stay. Thanks for the 2 extra pillows as I requested, I really need them."
