Top of the Hill Modern Retreat

Atop a private hill at the end of a long driveway with beautiful views of the Green Mountains. The property offers a great layout for groups or two families with 1 master bedroom with ensuite and a loft with a full bathroom and access to a detached studio apartment with it’s own kitchen and bathroom above the garage. Just minutes from Blueberry Lake, Warren Village, and Sugarbush Ski resort. Please note: home sleeps 6 people comfortably and up to 8 people with additional air mattress provided.

Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.

Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

Access to whole property however the garage is not for guest parking

An AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended during winter.
There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All of our guests typically drive at least one or more vehicles.

All super but it needs more cozy, sheepskin rugs because of the cement floor. Maybe offer slippers too.

The house was immaculate & full of everything we needed. Lots of snow made the driveway a little tricky to maneuver but we figured it out! Great location. Would definitely recommend!

I love this place! New and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for the stay. My wife loves cooking in there. The only complaint is the water pressure is too weak. It is definite worth for families who love to cook.

Spring Ski Trip

Overall a great place, modern. Master bath a little weird with windows into the bedroom.Very clean, all was pretty much new.The additional bedroom is a full suite (very nice), but it is detached, you need to go out through the breezeway and garage and then up the steps.Great location to Sugarbush, if arriving at night, there is no house number on the mailbox or house.
