"The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Drywall tape was peeling off the ceiling where drywall had been repaired. We supposedly had a non-smoking room which smelled of cigarettes. The furnishings were a hodgepodge that appeared to be purchased at tag sales. We wore our shoes to avoid sticking to the bathroom floor. We could not wait to leave."
