"Overall impression of the home was great. It was as pictured and described. The only issue I had was poor communication over vrbo. In one instance I never got a response. But once I figured out how that I could text, communication was excellent."

I had no heat in the room was cold and the clerk was looking like she did not care. No maintain person there so the clerk had to check on the room to see I was telling the truth. I had to ask for a new room.
