The sauna was what drew us to the property originally (and which totally delivered), though it was the small and tasteful details that ended up making the experience an unforgettable one. "We enjoyed the natural setting and quiet area and it was a great jumping off point for exploring the Carson and greater Columbia Gorge area. Wish we had even more time to stay and explore! We rented the two houses in the area and this worked very well for our small group - everyone was very comfortable and we were all able to gather in the larger house for meals. The houses are restored very nicely!"

"The host was great, he sent the codes early and was super responsive, he even had some great recommendations for us to see. The location was great for the gorge and the views were wonderful. The only downfall is this is not a separate structure so you are at the mercy of the hosts thermostat but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall great stay!"
