"The hotel is very nice. Conveniently located and having the Hot Springs next door is a plus. Downside, the rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us walking around. I rang reception to get someone to help us with our luggage and no-one came. I eventually went down and got the luggage trolley myself. "

"The staff here are the best. If there's anything they can do to make your stay more comfortable, they'll do it happily. Walls were a little thin between us and our neighbors, but not a big deal. 2nd time we've stayed here, and will be back"
