This apartment is in a great part of town. The furnishings are bare minimum, the apartment took a long time to be ready. The bathroom smelled like cigarrette smoke from neighbors exhaust vents and that was bothersome. The building is old. Wifi generally good. Kitchen is ok, except for dirty plates in the cabinets. Bed was comfortable. This place could be incredibly better with a little effort and remodeling. It's overpriced.
