"We arrived about 11pm to check in The person working didn’t know how to operate the key machine to get into our room We waited in the hallway for over 45 minutes with many other guests to get into our room Then asked for a later check out due to not getting in our room and were told no The next morning at 10:53 housekeeping knocked on our door and told us we needed to check out- check was supposed to be 11 am We have never been to a hotel that knocked on our door to tell us to leave We will never stay there again "
