Beautiful waterfront house in Warsaw with swimming dock and a place foryour boat

  • Gatliff Getaway is a waterfront property on a quiet cove off of the Osage Arm near Warsaw, MO. Located just a few blocks off hwy 65 and just mins from everything! This property offers large open floor plan and beautiful deck, swimming dock, a place to dock you boat and the private community boat launch right next door! We can't wait to hear from you.... and PS the fishing is great too!

    The property has chain link fence both front and back. We also have 2 washer and dryer's, one on main level and one on lower level for your convenience. There is also 2 full bathrooms, one on main level and one on lower level. The lower level is a continuous space that acts as a 2nd living room and at night offers extra sleeping areas. One queen size cabinet bed, one queens size sofa bed and a full bed on a platform.
