Old town

Great location, helpful staff who lent us a phone charger plug. Delicious breakfast atlough not included with the room. The room was quirky but at times very warm & not much natural light. Overall value for money & a lovley stay.

The 2 things I liked the most were proximity to Old Town and the staff. It was a short walk to the main square and local shopping. The staff was also super helpful to me when my airline lost my luggage.

It is really what you pay for. It is a boutique style hotel with minimal comforts, but has what you need.. But, it is fairly priced and in a great of Poland.

The hotel can’t have a better location! It’s right in front of the Royal Palace and very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and kind. The style of the hotel is different and pintoresco. I would stay there again with no doubt.

Room was basic (which was all that was needed) TV could have been a little larger and it would have been nice to have an English Channel. All that said- I would recommend for a stay in Warsaw.

Location was excellent as was the staff. It is really difficult to get a good night's sleep with all of the noise but there really is no way to avoid that due to the location. Also, there are lots and lots of steps and no elevator.

Great location

Traditional with a old world flare. Definitely need more standing fans as it gets very hot. Can’t really keep windows open as the outside crowd and tower chimes will keep you up all night. Great location if you want to be in the middle of it all.
