Turned away

Did not stay at property. The "three" ratings above indicate no information (was required to fill these in to submit}Host would not give check in details and address until right before check in time. I landed in Warsaw an hour before check in. Had an email received while I was in flight asking that I call. When I called there was no answer several times, then a male answered, excused himself to check, then informed me that there was an ongoing water problem that had not yet been resolved -- so I could not stay there.
