located near Royal Castle and the Old Town Square -- that is on the plus side the conditions inside the building are not quite satisfactory. The elevator is super slow due to restrictions imposed by the historical conservation restrictions. No breakfast is served at the property. No refrigerator provided in the rooms.

The location was excellent for sites, hop on hop off, taxi service, food and suivniers. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Rooms are simple beds and towels ok. Community frige, limited TV channels none in English, elevator is small and is usually only available to go up. To go down with bags you go down steps to bring elevator up load it and go down. Must follow printed directions in elevator.

The property is very centrally located and great for access to the Old Town and Royal Route. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just note that you are staying in an older building so there are more creaks and older furnishings and not great soundproofing to the outside. I loved the history of the building and the size of the room. However it could use the addition of a fridge.

Excellent location in a heart of Warsaw in a very historic old building with courteous staff. Fantastic view overlooking the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. It felt as if we were staying at a museum. Strongly recommend especially for history enthusiasts.
