The decor is based on muted colours harmonising with wooden elements. A full range of amenities, including full kitchen and bathroom facilities, guarantee a high level of comfort for each stay. Two bathrooms provide access to both a bathtub and a shower to satisfy each guest. A portable air conditioner is also available in the flat to take care of a comfortable ambient temperature. The flat is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while maintaining a short distance to the centre (10 km). Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. The district has a full urban infrastructure with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops catering for all daily needs. The estate offers a green terrace located on the roof of the building along with a playground and barbecue. The Skorosze Shopping Centre with shops, supermarkets and a food court is only 850 metres (10 minutes' walk) from the flat! There are also transport points nearby - the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 2 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport is 7 km from the development. The proximity to the centre means convenient and fast movement around the capital - it takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport to get to the city centre.
