All the employees -- including the reception and cleaning staff -- were competent and super friendly. The location is ideal for getting to the Stare Miasto and Lazienki Park, and city transit. The rooms are comfortable laid out, and the beds are wonderful.

What a lovely experience at this hotel. All the staff were super friendly and the room was comfortable for our 2-night stay. Although the breakfast area was small, there were plenty of options - the fresh juice press was my favourite. Would recommend this hotel for its proximity to Warsaw Central train station if you're planning on travelling by train (approximately 10 mins walk via Varso Tower exit)

The Holiday Inn in Warsaw is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are pleasant and the beds comfortable. Every amenity is provided and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. Highly recommend breakfast too!

The Hotel is okay and the restaurant is good. There is no a single bottle of water in the room, which is very inconvenient for late arrivals. The room is not very clean and there is no conditioner in the shower. The bed is outdated and not comfortable. Also they charge me a lot for late check-out that most other hotels offer for free.
