Very cozy, central and wonderful hotel. I had smooth couple of nights stay here. There is a bar and little food + drinks purchase corner next to check in area - It was super helpful if you needed a quick grab late at night as it is open 24/7. Staff were also very nice and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it!

Avoid this property by all means! the staff are rude and unhelpful, the food is terrible, prices are outrageous for food, the food menu is limited and all microwaved junk food. There is no mini fridge in the room even to keep a bottle of water. They have a small container that you have to fetch water from all the way at the end of the hall from a water dispenser. I ordered lasagna and when they served it to me the server never told me that the dish came out of oven and it is very hot. I burned my right hand trying to move the dish. I brought it to the staff attention, but they didn't care. I asked to talk to the manager of the hotel. They refuse my request and said the manager does not talk to guests. I would not stay at this hotel even if it was for free!

Nel complesso l'hotel mi è piaciuto e lo consiglio. Si tratta di una struttura moderna situata in un'ottima posizione nella zona dei grattacieli di Wola. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la qualità del riposo, con un letto davvero molto comodo. Un servizio extra molto apprezzato è la presenza di dispenser per l'acqua ad ogni piano, comodissimi per ricaricare la propria borraccia. L'unico aspetto da tenere in considerazione riguarda la gestione degli spazi in camera: il bagno è un po' piccolo e manca un vero e proprio armadio. Ci sono solo degli scaffali con 5 stampelle, il che potrebbe risultare un po' scomodo se si viaggia per più notti e si hanno molti vestiti da sistemare. Nonostante questo dettaglio, l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva e ci tornerei volentieri.

Niet alle personeelsleden spraken vloeiend Engels. Maar deden wel hun uiterste best om ons te woord te staan. Er stond een waterfles op de kamer, dewelke je kan vullen aan de waterdispenser in de gang. Verder hadden we een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De kamers zijn nieuw en goed onderhouden.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Staff are kind but would be helpful to have a bit more direction and support from them. However overall it was a great stay. I will add that we added the breakfast via Expedia and it was worth the discounted price as it was nice and fresh and filling.
