Positive Apartment

Positive apartment is located in the business part of one of the most prestigious districts of Warsaw - Mokotów.

The place is characterized by very good access to the airport and the city center. The building itself is characterized by a high standard of finishing as well as 24-hour security.

The flat is distinguished from others by a piano (available on request) and handmade resin paintings inside.

The building in which the apartment is located was completed in 2021. It is distinguished by a beautiful glass reception area. An additional advantage is also 24-hour security and a parking space available for guests.

The apartment itself is 68 sqm and consists of several rooms:

-Living room and in it: a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV (with Netflix access), exit to the balcony with a balcony set, as well as a Yamaha NU1X electric piano (made available only upon request).
-Kitchen including: fully equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, glasses, pots and pans, but also essential appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a dining area with a table for 4 people, which has the ability to spread out to seat 6.
-A bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer available for guests.
-Utility room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.
-Bedroom 1 in which we have a large 2-person bed, bedside table, as well as a large capacious closet.
-Bedroom 2 in which you will find a 2-seater sofa bed, a chest of drawers for your belongings, a printer, shelves on which we have left for your use a small library, and an exit to the second balcony.

At your disposal is the entire apartment with one exception, in the utility room closed part of the closet in which cleaning products are stored.

Within a radius of 500 m from the apartment you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, an ATM, streetcar stops, a gas station, restaurants and cafes.

A 12-minute walk from the apartment there is a mokotów shopping mall.

Upon your request:

I will prepare a child's bed in the apartment.
I will discover and open the piano located in the living room.
I will prepare the suite for special occasions.

During your stay, I remain on call 24 hours a day.
