The most perfect place to stay in Warsaw

This is one of the best hotel experiences l have ever has. There were no negatives, only positives. The staff was outstanding, the location perfect, the apartment was big and beautiful. It was quite simply a wonderful experience.

Moderno e ben fatto

Ben situato, pulito, tutto nuovo anche la cucina molto carina e odierna; unica cosa pentole e bicchieri bastavano appena per due e i calici per un Brindisi erano tutti spaiati! In caso si possono chiedere alla reception. Nel complesso data la grandezza del bilocale e il rapporto qualità prezzo esperienza molto buona.

Comfortable Apartment

Nice and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. No bar, or restaurant but plenty of eating places on the doorstep.

Very small room without coffee maker

The apartment is new but quite small that it’s just a room plus a bathroom. There is not even a coffee maker in the room as described. We have to go down stairs to get coffees. The ironing board took up half the closest space. When we checked in, the elevator broke down. The receptionist helped us to carry the luggage up. Fortunately, it was only one floor.

Bon rapport qualité / prix

Les chambres sont très grandes, ceux sont en effet plutôt des appartements entiers ou des "suites" si on reste coté hôtel. La salle de bain était également très spacieuse avec douche et baignoire séparée. Un salon avec un canapé, table et tv ainsi qu'un coin cuisine permettant de faire un petit déjeuner maison au réveil. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour sur place avec un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Ganske fint centralt beliggende hotel, med nogle super lækre lejligheder, hvor der var plads og mulighed for selv at lave lidt mad. Dette var fint, da der ikke var nogen mulighed for at købe mad og drikke på hotellet.

Stay here, really comfortable!

This is a good location for walking or taking the transport everywhere. Having parking gave us a true rest as did the comfortable studio. As we've been on the road for a month, the laundry was a great surprise! The room was quiet, extra large with a fantastic bathroom!!! The deep soaking tub was a welcome treat. Coffee always available in the lobby was a nice touch. We would return here the next time we are in Warsaw. Loved everything about this place.

excellent séjour pour découvrir Varsovie

Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre à propos de Varsovie et j'ai trouvé la ville très agréable et plutôt jolie. La ville est très verte, de nombreux parc et rue arborées, des grandes rues avec des pistes cyclables, certains beaux bâtiments (palais, théâtres, ...), les bâtiments "soviétiques" ne jurent, ils sont plutôt bien intégrés et rénovés mais c'est une ville qui se transforme assez vite. Le centre historique est très bien conservé et l'ambiance y est très agréable. Un très bon séjour.

ワルシャワのほぼ中央部。交通至便

旧市街にはバスかトラムを利用しなければならない距離だが、メトロ中央駅から徒歩圏で交通の便は良い。近くにスーパーやカフェ、レストラン多数。 利用した部屋にはバスルームにバスタブがあった。キッチンツールも豊富だが、調味料やキッチンクロス、キッチンペーパーなどは貧弱なので、自炊必須な場合は準備していった方が良い。 ショパン空港までタクシーで(昼の1時頃)40PLN弱、時間は25分程度と鉄道より早かった。ご参考まで。 現地sim利用の為、wi-fiの精度は不明。 部屋は広く、明るく、快適に過ごせた。トラムが走る大通りに面している為、深夜までそれなりの交通騒音は感じたが、睡眠の妨げになるほどではなかった。

Helpful staff, nice neighborhood, room so-so

Staff/service and location were very good (location good for restaurants, to get to old town one had to walk a bit or take the bus). The rest was less good: When we came into the room, the A/C was running at full power and the room was ice cold (cooling an empty room is irresponsible in times of climate change, not to mention that it's paternalistic to decide for guests that they must prefer cold rooms -- we don't). The room was rather small and e.g. the night table blocked half the wardrobe and the bed blocked the floor-deep window. The room was also rather dark as there was a wooden shutter on the windows that could not be removed. There was a kettle on the desk, but no outlet, i.e. we had to crawl under the desk to plug it in and boil the water with the kettle on the floor. In general there were not enough functioning outlets (the ones next to the bed didn't work, and the one in the bathroom wasn't strong enough to operate the hairdryer we had brought; the dryer that was there wasn't any good for thick and long hair). The twin beds could not be pushed together and one of the beds didn't have a sheet but instead a duvet cover had been used -- which of course wasn't big enough to cover the full length of the mattress, which meant that one risked sleeping directly on the mattress and not on a clean sheet.

The address of #72 is bit decieving. The entire larrge building is #72 but it has multiple businesses within it. No where at the front of the building and what appears as main entry, is any signage or indication of Residence 1898. You need to go around the outside and to the backside of the building to find entry to Residence 1898. And it's always locked. Must call the reception # before someone eventually comes to open the door. Not a welcoming start.

セイフティボックスがこじ開けられていました

部屋は写真に掲載されているようなソファーもテーブルもなく、日本でいうビジネスホテル。 セイフティボックスがありましたが、何回か使用しているうちに開かなくなり、スタッフの方に言うと、外出中にこじ開けられていました（写真1）。 観光にも食事にも事欠くことがない立地にありますが、過大広告や部屋の安全面から考えると次回は利用しないと思います。

Pobyt udany. Pokój przestronny i elegancko urządzony. Sypialnia super.. chyba największe łóżko jakie do tej pory spotkaliśmy. Łazienka wyposażona i w wannę i w prysznic, więc dogodzi każdemu. Oczywiście widać już zużycie niektórych elementów wyposażenia i małe 'awarie', ale myślę że nie wpływa to aż tak bardzo na pobyt. Do czego mógłbym się doczepić: trochę brak powtórzenia wyłącznika światła w pokoju gościnnym przy wejściu do sypialni (trzeba przejść cały pokój aż do wejścia), a druga sprawa to klimatyzacja.. wymagałaby serwisowania.

ホテルへの入口が表通りではなく、右回りに裏手に回った所なので、特にタクシーで行く時には注意。 無駄な飾りが無く、スッキリとして実用的なレセプションをお好みな方に、お薦め。日によって担当者が結構入れ替わるが、事務連絡はシッカリしていた（筆者は約１週間滞在）。部屋も充分快適。
