Great location and comfort

Was very puzzled by a lot of the negative reviews for this place on here. Yes, the apartments and the furniture are a bit old fashioned, but for this price what else would you expect? We stayed in a junior suite (it is the one used in the photos) and it was more than adequate for the short stay that we were there. The keys are interesting!

The location was great. The apartment was ok as the bathroom shower door was broken and the tab shower was not working as well. The aircondioning was not working which was the biggest issue. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Nice and quiet. For some reason payment terminal didn’t work so I must pay in cash. No breakfast. Customer service coulb be better. But junior suite was very good!

After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us.

Nice stairway and good location... These are the only nice words that I can say about this property. Scratched and dirty walls, yellow stain on the ceiling, mildew in the bathroom, hair in the bed. Not enough? There are some businesses below and the deliveries at 5am. makes you feel like you are in the middle of a tiny earthquake. Surely, this isn't a hotel's fault, but makes the whole experience even worse. 4-star hotel? Maybe, but 30 years ago....

The sheets smelled terrible in one of the bedrooms, like they were not changed after previous guests. Disgusting , we realized too late and didn’t get to mention to the hotel staff. We slept without the sheet since it was unbearable to use the one provided. Too bad as I thought I finally found the hotel that I would be going back to.

Hotel buchte vor dem Checkin den Betrag in Fremdwährung ab und somit auch höher als gebucht. Auf meine email wurde nicht geantwortet und beim Checkin sagte man mir, man könnte da nichts mehr machen, aber beim nächsten mal. Zu der Unterkunft: doch recht altmodisch, wenig Charme. Mülleimer war voll vom Vorgänger, Vorhänge hingen teilweise runter und Dusche kam nur die Hälfte des Wassers durch die Brause, da Armatur kaputt.

What a pleasant surprise. Located in the center of town easily accessible to the train station and airport train, the place was a 1-bedroom flat with plenty of room, a kitchen (though honestly I ate out all the time), and loads of ambiance. For the price, it was amazing. And so easily accessible to old town and the rest of Warsaw’s great places. What a value.

立地条件が良く、部屋も広いので気に入って何度か利用しているが、行く度にサービスが低下している。フロントは朝から夕方までのひとりのだけで、以前はいたガードマンもナイトスタッフもいなくなっている。対応は無愛想、絶対に14:00にならないとチェックインしてくれない。最初の部屋は真夏だというのにエアコンが壊れており、3日間部屋の変更かエアコンの修理を言い続けて、ようやくアップグレードされた部屋をあてがわれたが、今度はお湯が出なかった。旅行の中3日はこのホテルの予約が取れなかったので、いったんチェックアウトし、再びチェックインしたら、今度は棟のドアそのものが壊れて、外に出られなくなった。もちろんナイトスタッフもいないので、その棟に滞在する他の部屋の方も困っていた。幸い、壊れたドアの開け方に気付いた人がいたので問題は解決した。しかし、今回滞在した3つの部屋のすべてがまともな状態でなかった。ほぼ最悪のホテルに成り下がったことを残念に思う。

Stayed just for one night, great central location. Property was clean and we had the superior apartment we booked and it was just like the photos. It did need a little touching up here and there and it probably wouldn’t be any good for more than a night or two but we were not cooking. Great having a second bedroom for the teenager. Staff were polite and booked us a taxi back to the airport. Overall a good experience.

Cet appart hôtel est très bien situé au centre de Varsovie, dans une rue piétonne, donc sans voiture (ou presque). Un joli salon, une cuisine assez bien équipée, une chambre avec un très grand lit et une très belle salle de bains. Dommage que nous ne pouvions aller sur le petit balcon (fermé par mesure de sécurité). Par contre, pas de petit déjeuner le matin, c'était fermé mais il y a un carrefour express où on a pu faire quelques courses. Nous n'y sommes restés que 2 nuits mais, oui, je recommande

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Die Unterkunft war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Sehr veraltetes Zimmer, Couch Bezug war kaputt. Einige braune Flecken an der Decke. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das zimmer war ruhig. Der Herr an der Rezeption hatte offensichtlich keine Lust zu arbeiten. Wir haben die Zimmertür nicht aufbekommen, weil das Schloss geklemmt hat. Als ich gefragt habe, ob er die Tür öffnen kann war er sehr genervt, weil wohl schon 5 andere Schlösser an dem Tag geklemmt haben. Die Bilder zur Unterkunft entsprechen leider nicht der Wahrheit. Aber w Es war sauber.

Great positioning

Fantastic positioning, quiet next to lots of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to stadium and the heart of the old town. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

靠近中央火車站，從機場搭175號電車可以直接到公寓的路口，下車走1分鐘就到，住宿很大地點靠近老城市中心，走路去大約20-30分鐘，週邊有家樂福及小瓢蟲大店面，可以煮飯洗衣非常方便舒服，太棒了
