Nice hotel with a swimming pool.

We had two enjoyable days in that hotel. The swimming pool and the spa facilities is a bonus. All staff was friendly welcoming us with a big smile.

Weekendowy wypad za miasto i pobyt w Z-hotelu uważam za udany. Pomimo brzydkiej pogody za oknem naładowaliśmy akumulatory w strefie spa. Super basen, gdzie nie ma chlorowanej wody, fińska sauna, jacuzzy pozwoliły nam na odpoczynek. Za oknem cisza i znakomita kuchnia - polecam.

Great pool and breakfast

Very nice modern hotel, spacious room, good selection and tasty breakfast. Our room was on the 2nd floor, wifi formally was available but did not work at all, very weak signal.

skuffende service.Vi ankom kl 9. Vi må checke ind kl 14. Vi spørge om vi kan checke in tidligere hvis værelset er ledigt. Hun svare bare: Jeg ved ikke hvornår værelset bliver ledigt. Så spørger vi om vi må svømme mens vi venter. Det svare hun ja men i skal så betale penge for at få adgang til svømmehallen. I har tidligst adgang til svømmehallen kl 14. Og jeg er i chock.

Not bad hotel but too far from Warsaw

Let's start - hotel is NOT in Warsaw. So don't put in your navigation one of 3 streets with same name which are in Warsaw. Otwick is separate village outside Warsaw. Room cleanliness and staff are actually not bad 8-9 out of 10, but still some thing don't works, like lamp and etc. Also sometimes cheap products used in bathroom, TV most Polish. Not bad hotel, but some SMALL things ruin overall "wow" effect. For this price - i would expect 10/10, but hotel fails to delivery that. Even staff can't put your ice-cream to freezer. Charging you for wrong amount, some small things don't works... Overall rating without counting cost - 8 out of 10 (4 out of 5) stars

Wyjazd do Józefowa przy okazji imprezy i żeby poznać okolicę zachwalaną przez znajomych. Zachęciła mnie dobra cena pobytu zamówionego za pośrednictwem strony internetowej hotels.com. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i przyjazna. Niestety korzystanie z bonusów za dodatkową opłatą (basen itd).
