One poor staff member doing everything himself, he was amazing and helpful and did transfers , checked us in, and was wonderful. However the rooms felt must and not clean, we didnt complain as it was 11pm and we were exhausted and didnt want to trouble the poor 1 guy working.

We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the dishonesty and unreliability of its staff. We stayed here for four nights and forgot some of our own food and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as a Headache Relief Cap, upon checkout. That evening, we realized we had left these items behind and immediately contacted the hotel. The person who answered said the housekeeper had already left for the day and that we would get an answer the next morning. The next day, they informed me that the housekeeper did not find anything in the refrigerator. I told them this was clearly not true, as I could even specify what items were in the fridge and their exact positions. The hotel staff said they would check the room again and get back to me. It has now been three days, and I have not heard from them. We initially liked this hotel and have always considered Best Western our go-to brand during road trips, but this experience has changed everything. We are extremely disappointed.

Staff was so great and friendly...Cheyenne and Ashley were AMAZING. Beyond helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Its a convenient location...I would stay again for sure.
