The staff was amazing and responded quickly and kindly to texts. Desk staff were friendly and informative. The shuttle delivered us safely to the airport! All in all, a great stay. For as old as the building is, it was tidy and efficient.

Older best western in a great location 2 mins from airport. Rooms were fine, staff were great.. it’s just an older property.. which is why it is cheaper. I have no complaints. Older but very clean

The breakfast was very good with pancakes, bacon, yogurt parfaits, and the usual other items. Coffee was very good. The shuttle from the airport is prompt and hotel is very close to the airport. Also close to downtown. Beds are comfortable and entire facility and rooms were clean and decorated well. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This property was well maintained and clean. The building itself looks dated in certain areas such as the bathroom, but didn’t look dirty at all. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was standard. Would stay again!

Very nice property. Good value. Breakfast was excellent and the woman, Kristen, who ran the breakfast service was very attentive.

Property was nice, room looked to be clean, but I ended up with a few bug bites in the morning on my arms by the time I left, staying just 1 night. Unless there are other reviews with the same experience, I would take this as a one-off situation. Outside of that, it was a solid stay.
