I was wary after reading mixed reviews. My room on the 5th floor was very nice. The only issues were the bathtub draining very poorly and the sink not having warm water. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel but the Hampton Standard is above and beyond the norm! The room was adequate. Nancy front desk attendant was very helpful and accomodating in that she made an impromptu arrangement go smoothly Breakfeast is always outstanding and adeqiate! I’m an early riser and eat a robust Breakfeast daily! Room temperature was good seeing we were in a four day Heat Wave and I arrived on the 3rd day! I enjoyed my stay!

Room: The workmanship in the rooms was unfinished; window shades difficult to operate, Ice machine not working on our floor. Furniture doors didn't stay closed. Hampton Inn is a good brand and I have stayed in various locations. This one is particular awful by design. One cannot fully down the window draper so I had to sleep with lights from street lamps. The bath room is stupidly designed. It has no bath tubs but only a standing shower. This is not a problem. But there is no barrier on the floor of the shower and the entire bathroom floor is tilted to the other end. After a shower, the toilet side of the room is literally flooded. Everything in the bath room is cheaply made. The hanging door cannot even be fully closed and wobbles. The Hampton Inn brand should physically inspect this location. PS Staffs are amazing.

TV was not working, Remote was missing. 1 person from front desk was nice otherwise very bad experience. Main part POOL was not working.. they didn't notified us when we check in. kids was very upset... we check out right way and request my money back .
