We received a very warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was clean and to a modern standard. Bathroom excellent Spacious room. Property well positioned to enable us easy access to Stratford where we had come to visit. We didn't have the breakfast as we needed to leave early so unable to comment on this aspect.

Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one night there was a lot of noise from boy racer cars.
