Nestled on a quiet street with 100 feet of serene water frontage, this spacious full home features a large finished walkout basement to a fully fenced in backyard (perfect for pets or families), oversized windows and patio doors with stunning water views, a screened in gazebo overlooking the river, and a new a fire-pit area. Inside this 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished executive style bungalow, will find a fully stocked kitchen, brand new BBQs (charcoal and natural gas depending on preference), a games room with air hockey, fooseball, dartboard, Xbox, smart tv, board games, card table, etc. Smart TVs throughout with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon prime, Plex, High Speed Internet.
