"Room is not clean"

"This was a very nice property. Rooms nice and clean. Staff have excellent customer service. Casino had plenty of options. Only downside was the water slides were closed early. And the pool doesn’t open until 5pm during the week. We were on spring break and wished there was more pool time. Bowling was fun. "

"The staff was amazing and the pool was fun, but cold. The hot tub was broken and there was green mildew of some kind on the floors by the pool. Also bummed they replaced the continental breakfast with a Starbucks style cafe. My kids missed the old buffet. "

"I was VERY upset about paying a fee to park in the hotel's parking lot! It was a FIFTEEN DOLLAR per day fee! I have never paid a fee to park in a hotel's parking lot ever before! PLUS, it had snowed prior to us arriving and while we were there and the parking lot was completely packed with slick snowpack and drifted in places. And STILL a charge was assessed to park there! I can understand needing to have some type of parking pass to show registration at that hotel to justify parking there, but a FEE??? Prices of everything have gotten higher over recent weeks, we certainly didn't need but yet ANOTHER surprise cost! Also...I do not remember this cost being disclosed at all on the Hotels.com website when booking. One of those "gotcha" costs that are NOT appreciated for those of us on tight budgets!"
