"This place was a great find for a family getaway. It's in a newer development so it's about 10 minutes to food/shopping. The resort community was small and easy to walk over to the pool. At the time of our stay, mini golf was 6/person. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes and we found the kitchen to be clean and well organized. The home was as described however some wear and tear on appliances were noticeable. When we pulled sheets off we noticed some stains on sheets and mattress cover that were not from us. Our only complaints would be the homes were built cheaply. The toilets are loud and the doors do not close quietly either so if someone is using the toilet down the hall or close the door you'll hear it. Overall though we had a great stay!"

"Stayed here for a yearly girls trip and loved it. We loved having the private pool and the fact that it was close to grocery stores without needing to go all the way into town. Host made check in and out simple. We plan to come back for sure!"

"Great property. Some issues with bugs in the place. The unit next door had pest control over during the time we were staying. Recommend all units get on the same pest control schedule so they're not just sending the critters scurrying next door."

"This was the perfect house for our family reunion! There were 26 of us and we were all comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for our needs - and we cooked a lot. Tyler was very responsive to our questions and helpful. It was a great experience overall!"

"Our stay at your property was pleasant overall, and we found the bedrooms to be very comfortable and welcoming.I would like to share a few observations with the sole intention of providing constructive feedback and opportunities for improvement. I imagine you may not have the chance to visit the property very often.We noticed spider webs in a few corners of the house, and the grill was quite dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. Upstairs, the carpet is torn in one area, and some of the walls are beginning to show dirt and would benefit from fresh paint or cleaning. Lastly, we saw cockroaches in the garage, which was concerning.We hope this feedback is helpful. With a little extra attention to these details, the property could provide an even better experience for future guests."
