It is a major transportation hub and home to one of the largest concentrations of scientific research institutes and development agencies in the country, including DARPA and the Office of Naval Research.

Getting Around:

Virginia Square-GMU Station: Located approximately 300 meters away (a 4-minute walk), this station is served by the Washington Metro's Orange and Silver lines, offering quick connections to downtown Washington, D.C., and other surrounding areas.
Ballston-MU Station: Located approximately half a mile away (approximately a 10-minute walk), it is also accessible and offers similar services to the Virginia Square-GMU Station.
Buses:
Arlington Transit (ART): ART Route 41 connects Columbia Pike with Ballston and Courthouse. This route is ideal for local travel within Arlington.
Metrobus: Several Metrobus routes operate nearby, offering additional connections within Arlington and to Washington, D.C.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. We do not provide bath towels.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
