Absolutely loved this beautiful farm. Leaving our farm at home is always stressful so staying on a small little farm, is like having a little slice of home. The owners are so kind and friendly. We loved our cozy cabin, was beautiful place to stay, i highly recommend.

Excellent stay, the owner is very accommodating. The place is peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!
The Coulter Farmstead is the absolute best place to stay when traveling with children! There are farm animals to feed, a pool, room to roam; everything you need to be wild & free on vacation & not worried about waking the guests next door. We would definitely stay here again.
This is such a unique property. So quaint and tucked away. Very relaxing and peaceful with so much history available. Would love to go back. The breakfast was amazing!!
This was such a fantastic last minute choice for my large family! Even though there are other cabins on the property, everything felt very private, catered to, and simply wonderful. My kids were so excited when they found out we were going to stay another night. I can’t find the words to describe how peaceful, grounding, and fantastic this place is. You won’t regret staying here!

Beautiful place... Clean, comfortable and relaxing! We stayed in the small cabin and it's like stepping back in time with all the modern conveniences like a cute bathroom, kitchen and AC. Would love to come again!
Booked this place on a whim. Was looking to break up our trip across a few days and stay somehwere along the way. I have a family of 6 and so this looked very desirable. We stayed in the barn. It was cozy and eclectic. Everyone slept very well and the kids very much enjoyed petting the goats and trying to entice the other animals to come closer. The family host was extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast was to die for. The town of Washington is the old Confederate capitol of Arkansas after Little Rock was captured so there is a rich history there and is a state park. I would definitely go out of my way to stay here again. A real gem.

Neat stay!
We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. We fed the animals and they let me hold a baby goat! Its decorated beautifully and I loved the soaking tub. The family that hosts is very sweet. Must try Southern Dine while staying in the area. Best onion rings!

This was a fantastic stay! If you are looking for rustic with modern accommodations this is for you. Justice is an outstanding host and responds quickly to texts. They serve breakfast for an extra fee, but its worth it if you like farm fresh food. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Coulter Farmstead. The property is very family-friendly. The kids had a great time playing with the cows, goats, and chickens. They especially enjoyed getting to hold two newborn goats.
Katie and Justice are both kind hosts and I enjoyed learning about the history of the buildings.
The kids also want to mention that breakfast was delicious!

Best small town in Arkansas
You absolutely HAVE to go here. If you are debating if it is worth the extra drive past the diamond mines, the answer is absolutely yes. This historic town was incredible. The ENTIRE town is a state park with incredibly preserved buildings. The bozeman barn is where we stayed. The family that owns Coulter Farmstead are extremely nice and helpful. The animals were such a treasure, and the pool was pristine. This should be a stop for every traveler in Arkansas!
This is our favorite Air BNB by far that we have stayed in, we have stayed in a lot, we prefer air bnb over hotels because we have a big family, but this place was just gorgeous, unique by all the antique touches but with all the updates things you need especially in the summer, ac, tv with anything you want to watch, it was so quiet and peaceful, relaxing, the owners were the nicest, wish we could have stayed longer and learned more about it and did the tour. But we will for sure be back. My boys loved the pool and all the animals! My husband and I loved sitting on the front porch swings talking. Hard to sit and just talk now a days with all the distractions of entertainment and busy lives.. that place is the place to go to get away from it all and still have plenty to do and not be bored! We will be back. Thanks for the great experience!
A rustic, quiet home rests behind giant reeds rising into the air that are only topped by the chimney. You truly feel like you have escaped the modern world. A old fashioned lock with a turn-style key sits in the front door adding to the first experience. Once inside, the adventure begins. The bottom floor comprises of a bedroom, a large den area with windows that give a view to the farm, a sitting area, a small bathroom, and a larger bathroom with a tub, and a more modernized kitchen. There are decorations galore that step back in time. Upstairs, there is an area with 3 beds while a hay loft boasts 2 beds. There are fireplaces, but we did not use them as it was too warm. The little store is wonderful with prices that are affordable for families. Breakfast our was eggs, a blueberry muffin/apple muffins (second day), yogurt with fruit, and orange juice. If you have kids that barely eat breakfast, then it is very hearty and could be split between them. The owners are extremely friendly, upbeat, and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again. The farm is wonderful, and there's a restaurant in town that has good food in a 200 year old building. There is a town about 15 minutes away. Overall, the place is very clean and nice. Beds were comfy. They had nice large towels for baths. There is a lovely and clean pool, which the kids tried, but it was too cold for the adults! My family left with core memories to last a lifetime.
