"It was a nice stay. The bathroom needed some touching up. The outside really could have used some clean up. There was a totally full trash can by the door and it had been there for a while because it smelled awful. The pool was nice."

"The hotel was beautifully decorated and a great location. However, the air conditioning didn't work at all in our room, and at check-in, they initially gave us the wrong room number so we had to go back down to change rooms, and the elevators were slow. That said, the staff was helpful and we would definitely stay here again."

"I loved this hotel plus the lady that checked me on was a delight she made sure everything was in order. Our first room wasn't up to par, but she made everything so much better, I loved how she took charge and made everything right. She needs a raise or some kind of prize or award for her hospitality because it was excellent. I did not get her name but she was GREAT!!!"

"Well managed, great staff. Amazing location, right next to the pedestrian mall, incredible food options. Right above a grocery store. Great window and views. Anything above 5th floor should be clear, 5th and below the backside view is of a parking structure. Blinds work well. Ample desk space, comes with kitchenette, I could see this being a good place to stay for a business trip that extends more than a night or two. Tons of seating options. Could use an HVAC control system, the controls did...

"T snack counter salads andwiches pizza. Obviously its a casino for those who pike a flutter. Bar has live music. The event centre has some great bands visiting. Huge car park. Spa did a great pedicure. All the staff have been polite and friendly. Would definitely visit again. Do go to the startrek museum its fun in Riverside.Golf course too"

"Facility was nice and clean. Nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff. When we arrives our room was on the second floor, we had our young granddaughter with us and ample baggage. The facility doesn’t have an elevator so they asked if we would like a ground floor and made the change for us. So much appreciated."

"Knowing we'll be staying for a while, Ms Paige Klein had reached out to us to ask what they could do to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated our request. Housekeeping - I noticed that when housekeeping made our beds, the pillows and sheets that were going to be re-used were never put on the floor before it's returned to the bed. I've seen other hotel housekeeping do that (put sheets on the floor). Element's housekeeping is very hygienic. Kudos to them. Breakfast and front desk staff...
