Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.

Off street and single car garage parking included.

House was amazing. Listing is very accurate. Plenty of room for our entire adult group. Stocked kitchen and BBQ grill worked out great. Location was in nice neighborhood and a 2 minute walk yo Whole Foods. Comfortable beds and the entire place was spotless.

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples to spend a week exploring Washington DC! The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The property was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to Metro, and close to Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants. We used the H Street Corridor property as a gathering spot for family members traveling from around the country to DC for a wedding. The place was comfortable and spacious. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which felt like luxury, especially with having to get ready for wedding-related events. While close to H Street, it is far enough away that noise was not a problem. We took advantage of Whole Foods, Starbucks, and CVS being nearby to keep us stocked. Rick was a responsive host and helped guide us on how to park two vehicles at the property. The location, size, and comfort of the H Street Corridor property allowed our family to catch up and enjoy the long weekend and wedding.

This was the Best VRBO property that we stayed at. Our Host thought of everything that you may need for your first night there, plus. They had a little coffee for the next morning, soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, two coffee pots, a tea kettle, etc. Our group was very impressed. We would absolutely stay here again.
